If you stay in-network, the cost of your vision care will be less than if you use an out-of-network provider. You’ll also get a bigger allowance and discount on frames and contact lenses if you choose an in-network provider.

EyeMed has a wide network of both independent and chain eye care providers, including LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, and Target Optical as well as thousands of independent practitioners.
Our vision care plan provides benefits for routine eye exams and necessary eyewear for you and your covered dependents every 12 months.

Vision plan coverage is available to all eligible Sanofi employees. You do not need to elect medical plan coverage in order to have vision coverage. Vision benefits are available for all full-time and part-time active employees working at least 18.75 hours per week. If you are eligible for benefits, you may also enroll your eligible dependents, including: your spouse, civil union, or domestic partner*, your children up to age 26, and disabled dependent children over age 26 who are physically or mentally dependent on your support.
*Note: Covering a domestic partner will result in imputed income added to your paycheck per IRS regulations. Imputed income is the calculated value of the plan you are providing to a domestic partner regardless of their gender.
