Dental Plan
The dental plan option through Delta Dental and their Premier Dental PPO Network provides the same level of benefits regardless of whether you use in-network or out-of-network dentists, but using an in-network dentist may save you money.
OUT-OF-NETWORK CARE
If you go out-of-network, you will have to pay any charges that are more than the usual, customary and reasonable charges, which are based on what the majority of dentists charge for a service in that area. You will be responsible for paying the difference between what Delta Dental pays for the procedure and the out-of-network dentist’s fees.
If you are new to Delta Dental, you will need to register with your member identification number located on your dental ID card.
